With this True Fabrics sewing box you sew a great beeswax lunch bag or XXL bread bag and make your own beeswax towels for the kitchen. To store the beeswax wraps, you also sew a practical wrap holder. The unique combination of fabrics from our hand-tie-dyed fabrics from Ghana give the safari lunch set that special something and bring a summery African flair to your kitchen.
Our sustainable sewing box is an all-round carefree package and includes:
- 3 beautiful batik fabrics made from GOTS-certified organic cotton from Ghana: "Chroma Sky Blue", "Sahara Mustard" and "Red Sunflowers" each approx. 30 cm x 116 cm
- 1 matching cotton yarn on a wooden spool

- 1 ready-made beeswax mixture, 70 grams
- A detailed written sewing instruction including an extra part with input for sustainable sewing. With the Safari Lunch Set, this sewing box offers you a special combination of sewing fun and making beeswax cloths yourself.
Finally less plastic in the kitchen and on the go! We replace cling film, aluminum foil and plastic containers with the lunch set.
Instead of in heavy cans, pack your snack in the super-light lunch bag. Alternatively, you can sew an XXL bread bag out of a beeswax cloth. It is incredibly versatile as it is a natural and reusable pouch-sized cling film. So you can pack small and large loaves of bread equally and keep them nice and fresh and crispy.
The lunch set also includes a starter set of beeswax wraps (3 different sizes) to keep food such as fruit, vegetables or cheese fresh and a stylish and practical towel holder for ideal storage of the beeswax wraps. This can be made in one color, 2 colors or 3 colors.
The sewing project is suitable for beginners, but also offers creative input for experienced seamstresses.
